Our 2025 highlights: Driving impact at medical society congresses
Over the course of 2025, our Medical Societies team travelled to some of Europe’s most iconic cities to support our clients at international congresses. It was a record-breaking year for the team, covering 14 congresses throughout the year and generating unprecedented media coverage through our management of press campaigns and onsite press centres.
Delivering excellence in international media relations
A cornerstone of our congress experience was managing press centres for our clients. From overseeing registration and running onsite press offices to crafting evidence-based press releases on the hottest topics, we have a proven track record of driving the news agenda and ensuring our clients’ scientific stories reach the right audiences.
In 2025, our team produced 44 press releases spanning a diverse range of therapeutic areas, including neurology, gastroenterology, dermatology and human reproduction. We were also excited to expand into fascinating new areas last year, onboarding clients in nuclear medicine and infectious diseases.
These press releases generated over 15,000 editorial placements, reaching high-impact public-facing media including BBC News, CNN, El País and The New York Times, as well as trade and healthcare publications such as New Scientist, Medical Xpress and Medscape, ensuring that the medical community stayed informed on the latest scientific advancements.
