Driving Healthcare Communications

As a specialist healthcare communications agency, we understand the complexities of the health and well-being world. Our work spans consumer health brands and regulated medicines to patient empowerment programmes and healthcare professional engagement.

Our goal is simple: develop genuinely meaningful campaigns that improve people’s health.

We plan and deliver integrated healthcare PR and communications.

We’re experts at developing insight-driven strategy and messaging, generating creative ideas that resonate with target audiences, and executing impactful campaigns that make a difference. Our team is highly skilled in media relations, digital and social media activity, content and asset development, patient engagement programmes, and event and congress support.

Why healthcare PR is different

Health is complex. Healthcare communications involves multiple stakeholders, strict rules and high expectations. After all, what we do impacts people’s lives.

As a healthcare PR agency, we specialise in converting complex health science into clear, accurate, engaging messaging. Within regulatory frameworks (ABPI, PAGB, HFMA), we create campaigns with clinicians, patients and partners to ensure real-world relevance and impact.

FAQs

  • Yes. We have a proven track record in supporting prescription and over-the-counter treatments as well as medical devices, diagnostics services and consumer health products. Our experienced team, including medical writers, are experts in ensuring content is accurate and compliant yet accessible and engaging.

  • As a specialist healthcare communications agency, we’re experienced in working across multiple therapy areas, from mental health to dermatology and from cardiology to gastroenterology. Whatever your specialty, we know how to develop powerful campaigns that engage, empower, educate and influence the public, patients, healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

  • We do both. For many of our clients, we work on a monthly retainer, conducting ongoing press office and social media activity alongside bigger campaigns. In other instances, we work on a project-by-project basis, such as supporting an awareness event or a congress. Where possible, we aim to collaborate with clients for a minimum of six months, allowing us to build a meaningful partnership and to deliver activity with the time needed to achieve real impact.

  • We develop bespoke proposals for every client, so there’s no cookie cutter approach. It truly depends on what you want to achieve, with whom and over what timescale. We always ask for budget guidance from you, because we know that you don’t have unlimited funds – yet our creativity knows no bounds!

As a baseline, our projects typically start from £30,000 and our monthly retainers are from £5,000 per month for a minimum of six months.

  • Success is defined before the work even begins. We agree objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) at the start of every project, and we measure what matters, not just what’s easy. Alongside reporting on campaign outputs - such as the quality of media coverage and search visibility - we prioritise outcomes. Wherever possible, we connect performance directly to service or commercial impact, including sales and behaviour change.

  • Yes. We pride ourselves on developing strong, trusted relationships with our clients and their partners. We’re experienced at co-creating and delivering campaigns in partnership with brand teams, clinical leads, patient groups and partner agencies.
